Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please be aware that customs costs could be applied to orders based on your location.

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can track your order by the tracking number in the email.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, you can contact us via
email at info@hoodeer.shop to obtain your order tracking number.

How long will it take to get my order?

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days


How to return the product?

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hoodeer.shop.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address you got on packing slip.If you absolutely must send something back, please keep in mind- We don’t provide return labels. Therefore, you will need to pay this yourself.

Where is my refund?

Generally, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This
process will take about 1-14 days (depending on the payment method or
bank you used). Therefore, you may need to wait few days to receive your refund after we processe it. If you did not receive your refund within 14 days after we processed it, please contact us at info@hoodeer.shop

Can I modify or cancel my order?

1) Before the order be shipped:

Please email us ASAP attaching the order number or recipient information.

2) After the order be shipped:

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel the order in transit.
